Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping is free if you spend over £50. If you have any questions on this do get in touch.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information. We will supply you with a tracking number once your order is on it's way so that you can watch it every step of the way.

You have 30 days from the day you have received the item to return it. This is subject to the item being in a re-sellable condition to which it arrived in. If this is not the case please get in touch and we will do our best to support you in this process.
