Your order will be processed in 2-4 business days once payment is received and cleared. Your items will be shipped within 9-21 business days after we process your order as they are made to order and unique to each customer.

Orders can be shipped to only one address.  To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We ship worldwide via our registered logistics networks. 

Gift Card orders that do not include merchandise are shipped 1st Class via the United States Postal Service.

Our value shipping option. Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse using USPS First Class, UPS SurePost and ePacket. In both methods, packages are shipped through these channels and delivered by your local Post Office carrier during their operating times.

Keep Watch is not responsible for lost packages for which delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. Please see FAQs for more information.

Returns

Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
